First stage: Composition of the project's organizational structure

The first phase of the project is the establishment of an organizational structure with the following two components: - Senior management: consisting of the representative of the governorate of Cairo (Secretary-General of the governorate) and Chairman of the Directors Board of the Egyptian Society for Folk Traditions (ESFT). Formed for the first time by membership of General: Mohamed Hanafi and Professor Dr. Ahmed Aly Morsi. Then reconfigured by membership of General: Alaa Rashad and Professor Dr. Ahmed Aly Morsi. Coordinating Body: consisting of an Executive Director of the Project, an expert in intangible cultural heritage, a representative of the Governorate of Cairo, and three members representing active community associations concerned with the field of intangible cultural heritage. It was formed for the first time as follows: Dr. Reham Aram. Executive Director, Dr. Rasha Metwe. Intangible Cultural Heritage Expert, Dr.Heba Saeed Collecting Teams Officer, Mr Islam Nour Sharif: Representative of Egyptian Society for Folk Traditions (ESFT), Mr. Hasan Sorour: Representative of the Petah Society for the Training of Rural and Urban Boys in the Ceramics Industry, Major General/Ahmed Helmy: Representative of the Mazzala Society for Handicrafts in El Darb El Ahmar. Then reconfigured by membership of Dr. Ahmad Saeed Ezzat. Executive Director, Eng. Miral Nabil Deputy Executive Director, Dr.Fatma Moustafa. International Intangible Cultural Heritage Expert, Mr Islam Nour Sharif: Representative of Egyptian Society for Folk Traditions (ESFT), Mr. Hasan Sorour: Representative of the Petah Society for the Training of Rural and Urban Boys in the Ceramics Industry, Major General/Ahmed Helmy: Representative of the Mazzala Society for Handicrafts in El Darb El Ahmar.
